Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Unifai mobile application operated by Unifai ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Unifai, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the application. Last updated: April 2026.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Unifai. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using Unifai on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Description of Service
Unifai is a discovery platform that showcases AI-generated creations produced exclusively by our team, and curates the AI tools used to create them. The app displays images, music, videos, and presentations we produce, helping users discover the tools behind each result. You can browse our curated creations, view the AI tools that produced them, save favorites, and open external AI tools in your browser. Unifai does not host or operate the third-party AI tools themselves.
AI-Generated Content
All creations displayed in Unifai are produced exclusively by our team using various third-party AI tools. Unifai retains all rights to these creations, subject to the license terms of the AI tools used in their production. While we aim to curate high-quality outputs, generative AI can produce unexpected results; we make no warranty that any specific creation is accurate, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. The third-party AI tools themselves are operated by their respective providers, and your independent use of any such tool is at your own risk and governed by that tool's own terms.
User Accounts
Some features (such as saving favorites) require you to sign in with Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the third-party account you use to sign in and for all activities under your Unifai account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Unifai only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may browse tools, save favorites, search content, and access external AI tools through the app. You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app; (b) use automated systems to scrape or extract data; (c) impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation; or (d) interfere with the app's operation or other users' experience.
Prohibited Content & Activities
You may not use Unifai to access, promote, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use the app to harass others, distribute malware, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
Third-Party Tools & Links
Unifai provides links to third-party AI tools and websites. These external services are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of any third-party tool is subject to that tool's own terms of service and privacy policy. We do not endorse or guarantee any third-party tool listed in the app.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and AI-generated creations (images, music, videos, and presentations) displayed in the app are produced by our team and are the exclusive property of Unifai, subject to the license terms of the AI tools used in their production, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party tool logos displayed in the app belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the app or its creations without our prior written consent.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Unifai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unifai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unifai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded Unifai through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Unifai only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. To the extent these Terms conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, the Apple terms shall prevail for those conflicting provisions. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Modifications to Terms & Service
We reserve the right to modify these Terms or any aspect of the Unifai service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Your continued use of Unifai after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service without prior notice.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Unifai at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Unifai shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel.
Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Unifai regarding use of the app and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
